    Connecting TV with dvd/vcr
I have an older TV and a new dvd/vcr. I need to connect them to my directv box. I have bought the box for older TV. I need to know what wires connect to what.
    Thanks

Regardless of the model of the TV, the connections stay the same. In point of fact, Directv should have made the connections for you.

You take the output of the Directv box and connect the input of the DVR. Then connect the Output of the DVR to the input of the TV

    Stratmando
Above advice is good, If Tv has Only coax input, and DVR has no coax output, you will need a modulator, It converts red, white, and yellow, to channel 3 or 4 selectable on coax.
Have found RCA modulators for $12 at dollar store.

Remotes can also be programmed to control DVD or VCR operations...
