I was wondering where I would be able to find the history of my house? Like if it was ever involved in a fire? When it was rebuilt?

If you have access to the Abstract for your home, it's possible that there might be some information in it. There's also the local news media that you might contact to find things in their archives. If you have any neighbors who have lived in your neighborhood for a long time, they might also know some of the history of your home.

I have an elderly neighbor who has lived in the court where I live for for about 60 years. She can tell me lots of information about each house in the court.
