I quit high school in the 10 grade. I was going into the 11 when I quit and now it is time to to get the high school test done so that I can take some other classes,can you help me.

If you are in the US, often this is free or very low cost. Please call the reference department of your public library and ask this same question. They will give you information on GED sites and any computer programmed GED courses that are available in your area. In the Chicago area, it's all free, so that may be the case where you are too.
