    Thermostat Cycles Per Hour
I have a multi-zone (5) HWBB heating system attached to programmable thermostats. The thermostat has a "cycles per hour" setting. What does this do, and what should I set it to? It's currently set to "3" on all thermostats.

Would appreciate if you can furnish the make and model mumber of the thermostat to be able to help accurately.

THere are too many to remember all the details of each one.

Sounds as if you can set the quantity of times the furnace to start along with the temp setting. Even though the stat may be calling for heat, the cycle setting may only allow the furnace to start that many times, in your case 3 furnace starts per hour.

But for me to be sure need to look at the thermostat's documents.

Not sure how they found it ,I looked for two hours with no luck.

Review it to see if it can help you, if not get back with your questions.
