I have just replaced my TRANE XE 80 control board and the fan comes on immediately and the LED blinks 5 times. I have checked all the rollout sensors and the fan and blower sensors and they are good. I have jumped all the sensors out at the control board and still get the same result. I have checked my 24V and am sending it to the control board but there is no voltage going to the sensor circuit. The connector on the furnace side was working fine on the old control board so I do not suspect an issue with the pin crimping on the harness. Is there a way to test the control board? I hate to buy another one as there are no returns on electrical parts from my parts warehouse. The control board is a White-Rodgers Universal 50A55-843.
