I just bleached my hair and it came out mostly yellow but some parts,mostly the bottom, came out orange. I used a toner from sallys called ivory lady and I think it's a violet toner but it turned the orange parts kind of brown and the yellow is still a little brassy. I do not want it to stay this way.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
My goal color is like a white blonde.
