- Taxation provision of 2004 was utilised to the extent of Rs. 30,000 for income tax paid in 2005
- Depreciation was charged on buildings at 5% on plant and machinery at 10% and on furniture at 10% for a full one year.
- A building worth Rs. 70,000 was sold on 1-1-2005 at Rs. 60,000 and a new building was constructed at a value of Rs. 25,000 on 31-12-2005.
- A machine was purchased at a cost of Rs. 40,000 on 1-12005 while a machine having a book value of Rs. 10,000 was sold on 1-7-2005 at Rs. 20,000.
