Age a child can decide which parent to live with
My daughter is 14 now and wished to live with me now. We live in Indiana. What is the process we need to go through to get this done

In most if not all places, it's not up to the child. She presently lives with her other parent? What does that parent say about this idea?

We have joint legal and physical custody right now. Equal time at each parent. My home is much more stable, her father being on disability and living with his mother. She did tell the judge last year she was wanting to come live with me and start high school here this next school year. The order reads the child did express to the court she wishes to live with her mother and attend high school in that district and if this is still the case next year the court will review this request. I do know in Indiana it reads that a child's wishes of age 14 are highly considered.

She also told her father of her wishes but I am sure he will fight it

So, to answer your question "What is the process we need to go through to get this done", you file a motion to modify custody. Tell your attorney to make it happen.
