You have to return to the court where the original divorce decree was filed and ask that he be found in contempt. You may be able to file a lien against his assets or garnish his wages.

I don't think you personally can put a lien on any of his things you need to go back to court for contempt charges the judge will decide the best way to collect for you.

What exactly is it he's supposed to be paying and that might help in answering your question. Because it may be something that you have to go back to court for or you might get to file liens instead.
