Trying to get custody of my great niece
My niece is 21 yrs old and has a 4 yr old son and 1 yr old daughter. Her mother has custody of her son. I am wanting to get custody immediately for the baby but I am not sure how to go about or if I would be able to get it. She was relesed from prison in January and is on parole she has gone back to her old ways and is using meth and selling other drugs. She also skipped her court date and her monthly meeting with parole officer so she is also on the run. She is also running from some men she stole money from who are threatening her and family if she doesn't pay it back. I am geniunely concerned for the child's safety and I live in a different county. My brother which is the baby's grandfather brought her to me and I have her now I am currently unemployed but I receive unemployment until I find a job. I want to get custody as soon as possible can someone help me and tell me how do go about this.
