Our 3 grandchildren aged 5 3 18 months or in foster care in NSW and we live
In QLD this matter has been before the courts, it was ordered by the NSW court
That an assessment be done on us which it was, now Child Safety in NSW say
That was can not have the 3 grandchildren because we did not give much information about our background and that I am not compassionate enough
And my wife might allow the daughter to stay with us how do we beat that in court

First, did you have an attorney representing you? If not, that's probably why you lost.

But if you want to be reconsidered, you need to go back to court and ask for a reevaluation.
