    Programming Noma Block Heater Timer
    I have a Noma Automatic Daily Setting Block Heater timer that I have lost the instructions to. I need to program it to come on and warm up the block heater of my car tonight and cannot remember how to do it! Can anyone out there help me?

    These are the directions for the N1506 24 hour deary duty outdoor timer

    What you do How the timer responds

    Plug it in Flashes the letter C

    To Set current time

    Press Time Button Starts at 1 am
    Press until correct time
    Is shown Dot at bottom indicates pm

    Set on and off times
    Press Mode Button Flashes P (program)
    Press time button to get
    To start time displays time to start in 1 hour sequences
    Press mode again Flashes E (end time)
    Press time until you
    Get to the time to end Displays end time
    Press Mode button Displays time of day you set at first

    To Review Program

    Press time button Display successively, for 1-2 seconds each P starting hour
    And E end time
    Then returns to current time

    Unplugging will cancel programming and you have to start again

    Manual Override
    Pressing the Mode button at any time will turn ON the devices plugged into the timer. The display will indicate the letter O. The devices will remain on until the ending time you set. To return to the program press the mode button again

    Jim, great post, but this thrad is from over a year ago. There is also a sticky at the top of this forum on this very timer.
