    Urination and defication problems
My puppy has the idea its suppose to go outside. I take him out and he does his duty and then I bring him in and he is doing duty again after doing it twice outside. He can duty at least 10 times a day. He is only fed like I was told 4 times a day. The same thing with urination he is taken out does what he is suppose to do and I bring him in and in ten minutes he is going again. He drinks too much water. Any suggestions don't want to keep him in the cage all day. He was born 9/28/06 and he is an american bulldog. I take him out first thing in the morning, after he eats, plays etc and then he has to go into the cage until I come home and then I take him out again, and then after eating again and then before bedtime. He holds all night can't complain. Most problems are between it.

You may want to make him move around more while outside. Activity stimulates the need to relieve itself. Limit the water. It is hard to say how much is too much. Try letting him drink his fill several times a day before going out. Then take up the water until before the next time to go out.

Check the housebreaking sticky for signs that a puppy needs to go out, and take him out and walk him around when you see them.

You can cut down to 3 meals a day now, and 2 within a month. After 6 months, you can cut back to one.
