    How can I view my criminal record w/o paying some website for the privilege?

    Go in to the police station they should be able to help you

    Go to the Police Station and ask but be aware if you have outstanding warrants they will arrest you right then and there.

    I can't access it online for free anywhere.The police station is my only option?

    You may try Criminal Searches - FREE criminal searches on anyone
    It is not 100 percent, works better in some states than in others.

    The only real way to see the exact police record is from the police
