I had a prior misdemeanor when I was 19 in the state of CA. It has been expunged under 1203.4. I recently got live scanned by an employer and the results came back as rejected. Is there anything I can do to have my results come back as "cleared"?

What do you mean rejected?

Nope.. if you was convicted the records remain in the system until and unless you receive a full pardon from either the Governor or the President. Expunged doesn't remove them... it only limits them from the most casual background search.
