As a defendant in court the judge ordered me to return to court to PROVE my innocence
Am I missing something? Long story short I've been harassed for years with the worst part being called into court by this psycho. The lawyers and judge are "good old boys" and I'm screwed.
The icing on the cake was my accuser blaming me because she rear ended someone. In court she stated I must have set it up.

When the judge gave his final ruling he told ME to return to court and prove I didn't make this happen.

In case you are wondering no I wasn't there when it happened but I passed by the accident afterward and that was why she said I must have set it up, making her hit another car!!

I thought I was innocent until proved guilty but instead I have a perm restraining order for this repeat violence.

Any thought will be great. I'm alone lost and frightened.

    Thanks, marjorie

The Judge gave a final ruling BUT you are required to make another appearance?

You are confused about what happened - what exactly was the proceeding about and what was the ruling? It sounds like the other party got a restraining order against you.

    What is the past history?

Sorry, so you appeal to a court out of this town,?

So you ask for a jury trial where they have to present evidence

Sounds like you don't have a lawyer and doing everything wrong
