I don't really know if this is the best place to post this but:

I bought a really cute pair of booties (short boots) and I can't wear them because the zipper on one is missing, just the pull part, the sides are still there. Is there a way to repair this?

((I can't return them because they were on Clearance, and I'd really like to wear them cause they're adorable))

Chi, I work around something like that by using a paper clip, or little piece of wire and just attach it. It won't show. There is a place to attach the paper clip if you take a good look.

No, the zip is gone... not just the pull... And on these you would see it.. They aren't under jeans shoes..
