How to file a lawsuit against wal-mart?
    Hello,

The local Wal-Mart will not stock english Bibles in it's book section. I have asked for them on several occasions over the past year and they have said they will stock them but they haven't and I believe they have no intentions of doing so. The store carries several types of Spanish Bibles as well as Spanish language devotional titles. Again, their English counterparts are not stocked.

To cut to the chase... do I have grounds for a lawsuit claiming religious/racial discrimination? If so... I would like to know how to proceed with a lawsuit against the company.

    Thank you,

    John McCullough

No! A store is free to stock what they want. If they don't stock something, I'm sure you can find another store that does. No attorneywill take this case, no judge will hear it.

What you CAN do is contact local media. See if they are interested in publicizing this.
