    I have 2 large trays of chicken breasts (70lbs) How long do I cook them in the oven

    This is close to 20 chickens! That much food would lower the oven temp when you put it in and some would overcook while waiting for the rest to get done unless you rearrange it a lot. Could you boil them in several large kettles of water or maybe do them over a grill or bed of charcoal?

    This sounds like a nightmare waiting to happen. Someone with more experience might be better off taking over a project like this!

    Usually, you should cook them until they are ready :shocked: . You should also make some type of 'group' if you see what I mean, that is cooking for example two at a time. Well, it is simply a suggestion as I'm not a chef. But good food should not be overcooked nor not enough. So, keep an eye on your chicken breasts while they cook!
