They have each other for counseling (certain pastors are better than others in doing counseling), they have their superiors in the District or Synod offices, and they are free to use the services of a professional counselor (health insurance will pay for it) for personal, marital, and family counseling..
Depends on what problems they are having and how committed they are to getting fixed.
Some denominations are unwilling to accept the fact pastors are human too. While others are open to the fact that pastors can have problems and are willing to go to great lengths to help them in the healing process. I know of one pastor who has ministered to probably 2 dozen denominations on sexual issues. He will go to any church or denomination that asks for help.
They have of course the same help and services as any employee of any company, the manager of Walmart or a pastor at the >>> Church.
They can go to counseling, drug or drinking or marriage or stress. They can go to local support groups and more. In some groups there are other pastors who work as senior members to counsel for work related issues. For others there are denominational groups for help.
For example when my wife and I needed marriage counseling we went to counseling by another Pastor from a different denomination ( AME Church)
