    Bump in penis
For several months if not close to a year I've had a small bump on my penis. Its about the size of a small pimple but rounded at the tip. From it stems a tunnel that looks like a pencil under a blanket. Im 15 and not sexually active. On the other side of the tunnel is a hole. Its just on an outer layer of skin and the layer beneyh is not tender nor is any of it. It looks like this o=====^ when the bump is squeezed it excretes a sometimes thin sometimes thick liquid/solid that is white. This comes out the small hole. Today in the shower I squeezed it and it began to bleed I think because my nail cut it but now the hole is farther from the tunnel like o =====^ I don't know if this means it will stop. This worries me but I'm too afraid to ask my parents for a doctors appointment as I would hve to tell them what for. I would like to wait till my next check up to ask the doctor when he is checking out that area but that's a long way away. Any help is appreciated

Hi nine. We can't diagnose on AMHD, even with your excellent diagram. I suspect it started from masturbating. You should never ever try to squeeze anything like that because you are opening yourself up to infection which may start something more serious.

I would not worry about it. If you have not been sexually active, then it could not an STD.

I guess you will have to wait for your check up. Until then leave it alone, but keep it clean.

    MYDEARFRIEND
90% of men and boys get spots or pimples on their penis, around the head or on the shaft, some has to do with how you keep it clean, don't know if you are circumcised or not. Also it could be due to the glans changing via puberty and you will get some secretions coming out of your skin, like pimples on your face so use gentle soap to wash the area and do not squeeze the pimples as you can get them infected.

Finally masturbating can affect your penis as friction can cause spots and pimples on your shaft, you might need to cut back on that activity until it clears up. If you are worried then go see your dad or a male that you can trust and show them your problem, some cream might help.
