Hey I need some help,
I'm on the dance team for my school and all the girls are amazing at toe touches. I've been trying to get better (ive practically looked up every tip on the internet) and I have been improving. You see my toe touches are really good on the trampoline then when I move to the ground they turn HORRIBLE! I can barely get my legs into the straddle. Im super flexible and usually really good at this stuff. SOMEONE HELP! I need to know how to make ground to touches better!! :(
