    Septum or snake bites?
I have my tongue pierced and it didn't hurt at all I wouldn't even give it a 1 out of 20+ I would like to get a septum or snake bites. What is the level of pain usually experienced of a septum and lip piercings and which of them looks better? Im worried about the noticeable scar lip piercings leave. What are your opinions

From the feedback I get from other people, they say the septum hurts worse than the lip, but keep in mind that everyone has a different level of pain tolerance. It all depends on how much pain you can handle. If you did OK with your tongue, you should be able to do OK with either one of those piercings.

Either one of them look fine to me, but I am a piercing enthusiast. You will not get the same reaction from other people.

If you get a lip piercing, as long as you take care of it, scarring should be minimal. But, excessive scarring is possible, so if you are worried about scarring on your face, you may want to go with the septum.

    OK thanks for answering
I also don't like with the lip piercings how there so noticeable as most people know when someone has a facial piercing it sticks out and people just look right at the piercing
I feel that the lip looks better than a septum but a septum can easyly be hidden so can a lip but its just my preference

The septum is actually quite noticeable too. People say there are methods of hiding it, but I always still notice it. :)

I guess it all just depends on what your personal preference is. Think long and hard about it, because you don't want to pay all that money just to discover you don't like it and end up taking it out.
