    What are literary techniques?
Can someone tell me what literary techniques are?
Is that the same thing as similies, metaphors, alliteration, etc.
    Thanks in advance!

I'm not sure of the context here, but it's more likely to be things like is your book written entirely from the view of one person, in a dairy style, or does the point of view jump from person to person? Is it in the form of letters, or dialogue, or stream of consciousness?
