I enjoyed your response and actually, I agree your opinion. Also, you gave to good example. I like watch television and I always watch television every night. I think that television is not helpful for me because if I watch television, had a numbing effect on my mind. So, it’s not helpful for me. It’s like a drug something.

I can understand your situation. I was also same to situation as like you but I also heard good news. While I read your response, I really enjoyed it and I also agree your opiion. Actually, I like your quote ““Discover inner space by creating gaps in the stream of thinking. Without those gaps, your thinking becomes repetitive, uninspired, devoid of any creative spark, which is how it still is for most people on the planet (243).” Actually, it is difficult find inner spaace but we try to find inner space.
