    What type of fallacy is this statement
    What type of fallacy is this statement " if you went into a bar and stated spraying around cancer causing chemicals, that would be illegal. [So smoking in a bar should be illegal.]

    If a ban on issuing drivers licenses to illegal aliens is a violation of civil rights,
    Then a ban on issuing drivers licenses to blind people is also a violation of civil rights
