    How do get rid of my make up nightmares of current workplace?
    Hey,

    I think I have this fobia for work places, because at every job I've had I always come to believe something is very uncomfortable at my job and I feel very insecure about myself and I can't do the work right. I think I make small problems at work into big ones and then I make them into nightmares that make me very anxious and dread to go to work, how can I stop doing that and make work something I can look forward to? No matter if it's a sucky job, but just to turn it around. Thanks.
