I just finished my university in last summer, you can say that I lack of job experience! I began my first job in last summer at the moment I left my school, my previous boss always told me I am a very good employee, but I am too honest and which is no good for me, for my development(I always say what is right what is wrong directly, if I know someone is wrong and his/her job, planning is dangerous for company, I will tell directly). I began my second job at this April, this is a big company. My boss is top manager and he works in London, we have less time to work at the same place, we always discuss job through phone, skype……. There are many managers of different level. My ex left a mess to me, but it is no problem to me and I clean this mess well, all my customers like to work with me very well, I never get a complaint from my colleagues or even my customers. Seems all people like me well. But now I feel that some managers do not like me at all, maybe they think I am too good at my job, maybe they think a greenhand can’t be so good……whatever! I don’t know, but something I am sure is that I am not good at saying good, beautiful words to them. If there is some discussion or disagreements, I always insist something right but which could make someone unhappy! Cause in that case it seems they were wrong(how come a manager is wrong!). Some of my colleagues told me if I do not pay attention to my words, I will get in troubles, some of them may set me……I do not know, business is horrible like war! But do I have to change my rule to make someone, some stupid person happy? ( be noted that such kind of stupid person have no idea of team-work, all they care about is money and promotion!) I get tired to work with them, I am thinking about changing my job, I am thinking maybe what suitable for me is only being a teacher. I feel frustrated! What a society! But I pay too much attention to my job, I do not want to give up! What should I do? Any help?:( :confused:

Good post jassmine, and I see your point but you know it seems that you see everything in black or white and you can't fathom any gray areas, if you see what I mean. I think a good book for you to read would be the Art of War, if you haven't read it already. You may know that the content of the book of about strategies that can be used in everyday life, in the financial world, with friends and acquaintances, etc.

You are going to have to tone down your attitude towards your work, and don't get me wrong, I think your approach is exemplary but maybe too much so.

I know there is gray area. I learned that even I was a child,but for some people, they do not like to see others doing good or being good at something, I do not know why, seems they just do not like to see that! Sometimes even they know you are right, they still say something bad or doing something bad to put you in trouble or into bad situation! Seems they feel happy to see someone in trouble! Why is that, I do not understand! If you always let them go,then it will always happen,cause some people never know when to stop! So sometimes I will fight for the right things,cause I have to be responsible for my job, for the company I work for.if the boss does not care what is good what is bad for his company,I will not care about what games others play!
