    Bored at work, Co-worker favoured
    Hey everyone...

So I started this position at a bank with another girl. For awhile we were commuting to different branches while we trained and while our bank was being built. She was fine, but I didn't have to be around her all the time, just commuting. So then when our branch opened, and we had to move all the things from the other office and set everything up things completely changed. She would throw fits if things weren't put the way she wanted to put them, she kept saying how boring and stupid everything was and she'd talk about our other co-workers behind their backs. Now that the branch has opened and she had gotten to set everything up the way SHE wanted it (which is really unorganized and makes no sense) the managers absolutely favour her. She gets whatever she wants, they ask her to do all the projects and they even ask her to take extra breaks with them to go out and smoke. It's a new branch, and so is not very busy but whenever I ask for a project they tell me they have nothing for me to do, then 5 minutes later they give my co-worker another project. Of if they need to teach us something (we hold the same position) they say "Oh (coworker), let me show you how to do this" and so I ask "Hey, I need to learn that too, will you show me?" and they get uneasy but say yes.

    So...

Is there something I should say about this to let them know I've noticed, or should I just look for another job?

    Thanks in advance!

Sounds like looking for a new job, or learn to put up with it,
