    We can't really tell you what is going on, you will have to see your doctor for that.

    Stress, weight loss/gain, heavy exercise, and eating disorders are a few things that can cause this problem. Those only require lifestyle changes.

    Now, there can be other reasons as well. Hormonal issues to name one.

    In the end, you will have to visit your doctor to get this resolved.
