    What is up with the yellow discharge?
    What does it mean if a female has a yellowish discharge and it has a very strong odor and there is also occasional spotting too:confused:

    Well I think you should go see a doctor, but it sounds like a yeast infection to me and you can get meds for that right from walmart that is inexpensive.

    Yellow smelly discharge is a sign of an infection. Make an appointment with a physician.
