    virgin with 3 missed periods
    I'm 17 and a virgin, I'm also saving myself for marriage. I have not had my period since December 2006. I'm a healthy active girl who plays varsity volleyball September & October and take an in school dance class (45 min a day, 5 days a week). I'm 5'8'' and about 120lbs. I guess I just really have no idea why I haven't had my period all year... :confused:

    Tell your mother and have her get you in to see the doctor to find out why your period has ceased.

    I have herd that sometimes female athletes will stop getting periods (temporarily.)
    But it never hurts to see a DR.
