    So sick of not knowing
OK, I'm like 3 or 4 days late for my period, which is normal for me, also I've been very constipated the past couple of days, and when I do have a bowel, there's sum light red blood in it, well on the tp when I wipe. And I've been having cramps where my ovaries are. This started like 3 days ago and I thot my period was going to start, I felt like I was on my period(bloating, eating a lot ect) but I was not bleeding at all. Also my face has been breaking out BAD. Mostly my chin and cheeks. Also I've been told by many doctors that I have cysts on my ovaries. I always have cramping and pain in my pelvic and ovary area. But where is my period? And why am I breaking out so bad and constipated?? Also, the other day I was driving and all of a sudden got so0 horribly dizzy I had to pull over. I was very light headed and it felt like I was going to throw up or faint or something! Does any one have any idea?? P.S me and my husband have been trying to conceive for 3 years.

The blood from your anus is probably caused from hemorroids which we get from straining during a bowel movement. Quite common. Also pregnant women get them during child birth from the straining as well.

It sounds as if you have more going on physically then just maybe being pregnant. You don't say how old you are but some of your symptoms sound like premenopause. Here is a website you can't access explaining menopause and symptoms: www.34-menopause-symptoms

Have you taken a pregnancy test? If you are having symptoms, go get a test.
There are a ton of things that can effect a women's cycle. Stress, physical activity, diet, etc... all these can play a role in the normality of your cycle, not to mention ovarian cysts.
Take a test and see what happens, also follow with a Dr. appointment.
