    Sharp pain after laparotomy
I had an exploratory laparotomy 2 1/2 months ago to remove endometriosis. I still have some tenderness in my abdomin but I keep getting these sharp pains when I cough and sneeze and if I bend a certain way and also when I lay on my right side. Is this normal? I may just be paranoid. Thanks!!

I think it s normal. I had surgery like yours a month ago and I still feel crap to be honest. I'm a lot better and it s good to know the "thing " isn't inside of me anymore but I feel a strange pain right in the operated ovary.

Are you on post op medications?? Have you taken anything to send you to a menopause state??

Cheers. Wish u all the best!
