    Painful uterine cramps after menstruation
Hello. I'm 20 years old and for several months, 10-15 days after having my menstruation. I always experience a very painful cramps and sometimes the discharge have a blood streak on it. Feels like my uterus is contracting or something. It's been consistent and I'm worried that this might indicate something? Is it bad? Or it's just normal?

It's normal for some women and may indicate that you are ovulating. However, a visit to your doctor will give you the correct advice and peace of mind.
