    My lower right back hurts
    My lower right back hurts and on the side also. It is relievied with an ice pack - what could this be?

    Sounds like muscle strain.

    If you think it is your appendix, go get check out but I can't say if it is or not, Neicer. We don't diagnose on AMHD and I don't know you or your existing medical conditions.

    If it was your appendix, it wouldn't be relieved with an ice pack, let me put it that way.

    See your doctor immediately if you think it is your appendix, much to serious a diagnosis to be asking about on a help desk.

    Well... thanks, I didn't think that if it was appendix, that an ice pack would relieve it either. I just need to learn to take it easy, when the pain is relieved, and let it heal! Thank You - if the pain continues - I will get it checked out.

I fell about 3 days ago pretty hard on my butt. Now my back hurts on the lower right side, just under my rib cage. It is a constant pain.:( There is no swelling. Just a lot of pain. My ribs are fine. But just under when I touch there is a lot of pain, and pain deep inside.
