I have a friend, who has undergone ceseaserian operation, and after the operation she has a boy, who is fit and fine. It is 7 months now. She says that the lady gains weit and goes fluffy after ceseaserian operation. However, I do not agree. I tell her of many Hollybood beauties who lost their tummy and weit after giving child to their family even after undergoing ceseaserain operate. Now, what should she do?

Does she need do some exercise or some medication? What exercise can be suggested to her? How can she restore the earlier position?

Which haircut will suit her, if she wants to cut her hair? She has butt-long hair, which she has not cut...

I think one way is to get a surgery, tummy tuck... she might look into that. Another thing that might help is running both sprints and long distance and doing crunches regularly.

About her hair, how can we know what hair cut is good if we don't see what she looks like? I say just leave the hair long and give it a trip. Long hair is pretty.

What does it mean?
But, when open the untrimed hair look badder? Bad... worse... is not it?

What are crunches? Is walking fast daily or after a week enuff to get ridd of tummy..
