    How do I track ovulation with mirena w/drawal bleeding at the same time as my period?
    We are trying to get pregnant and I had my mirena out June 22nd, started bleeding June 26th and didn't stop until July 1st. My expected period was due June 30th. I know the early bleeding was withdrawal bleeding from the mirena and isn't considered my actual period. Only problem now is, my husband and I are trying to conceive and we don't know if we should be basing ovulation off the withdrawal bleeding period, or off the expected period date. I KNOW I am not pregnant, as I have been to the Dr. to find out if I am at all ovulating. I have a follicle that is almost mature. I have been peeing on ovulation tests twice a day in hopes of not missing a surge, but this is becoming costly. I have been tracking mt ovulation and periods for years, and this is the 1st time I am completely lost. Yeah, maybe we should wait a cycle, BUT the Gyno said there's a follicle... which is an egg we don't want to miss. Has anyone else dealt with this? HELP!!
