    I have bad menstrual cramps with nausea 2 -3 days before my period starts, why?
    I get severe stomach cramps with nausea 2-3 days before I begin my period. For the last three months the cramps have gotten worse.. what can be the causes of this?

    Painful cramps, headaches, nausea, dizziness, and even diarrhea or constipation are common side effects before and during a menstrual cycle. However, these can also be indicative of more serious conditions such as endometriosis, pelvic infections, or ovarian cysts or polyps. You should discuss these issues with your doctor. Sometimes something as simple as going on birth control pills can help control pain with your period. Your doctor will be able to advise you on the best course of action for you depending on your medical history. Good luck!

    I'll definitely be contacting my gyn because I can no longer take the pain, its been the way for 3 months now
