    First periods
    My daughter's friends have all had their periods she is in her teens does anyone know how do speed up the process of getting it?:confused:

    You cannot speed up the process. It happens when it happens. If there are concerns then I would bring it up with her doctor.

    There is no way to speed up the process of mother nature. It will happen when it happens.

    Why would you want to speed up the process anyway? There is a known correlation to girls getting their periods early in life with cervical, uterine and breast cancer.

    She will get it when she gets it, there is really nothing you can do about it.
