    Evening primrose oil affecting cycle?
    Hi everyone :)

I'm planning to take EPO for its anti-androgen properties because I have PCOS. I normally have very regular cycles, and I'm afraid EPO would affect them, like making my cycles shorter or longer, does anyone have an experience with this?

Also, I'm surely not getting pregnant, does that mean I can take it everyday?

    PS
I'm on CD1, so I need to know if I should start taking them ASAP.

    Thank you!

I think Evening Primrose is pretty much like Omega or flaxseed oil.
I think anybody can take it with no bad effects.
