    Best way to gain weight?
    I'm 25 years, old 5'5" and my weight is 108. I started drinking a protein shack will that help

    Protein shakes are used to help build muscle. But there are A LOT of high calorie shakes that you can drink to help with weight gain. This may be what you are referring to. But you also want to gain healthy weight and not just a load of fat ;) So you should do some weight training and stuff to help build some mass, but don't burn off your shake ;) that would be pointless.

    I have the same problem. I am 5'3" 96 lbs. I eat as much as possible, drink lots of water and ensure. Ensure is good. Or carnation instant breakfast. The only thing that over powers all attempts is stress... meditate... VISUALIZE and you will materialize

    Add some nuts, avocadoes, peanut butter, and other legumes into your diet. Also, try to build in a little bit of exercise in to your routine. This should help you gain some healthy weight.
