    Abnormal clots in period
Hi I've never posted here! I've been looking on the internet for some answers but not found any yet and I'm a bit worried! I'm on the pill and have been for around 3 years, everything's been fine and I know my periods. Anyway I missed one pill one day, took the next day missed another day and then carried on taking pills as normal (I've been a bit stressed so forgetting:()Anyway I came on on Saturday (I've experienced this before) BUT I had some very unusual clotting! I usually have the odd blood clot when I bleed but this was a few quite large flesh coloured clots, very strange and a bit scary! Anyone have any ideas? I've never seen this before..

Not that big.. probably about the size of walnuts? But irregular shaped.. I picked it up with a tissue and could tear it like flesh, not just like a blood clot that dissolves (sorry if a bit graphic)

It's time to go to the doctor. Unfortunately we cannot give you a diagnosis over the internet. Your doctor has a better grasp of the situation and the equipment to run tests, we don't. Please go to your doctor and have this checked out, it could be normal, but it could be an underlying problem that is best checked out now.

    Good luck.

Ah I forgot to say I went to the doctors today and told her, she said she wasn't worried, I thought good, at least you're not, I am! I asked her about other things too and she as equally as unworried! So I'm going back tomorrow for a second appointment with a different doctor, just trying to get some idea before I go, maybe I should have collected the sample:/
