    Which phone for verizon will let you pick up the signal of wi fi with no extra cost ?just want to surf while waiting and not be charged

    WiFi is a connection point. No phone company should charge you for it. The provider is the one that may have a fee. But there are plenty of free WiFi hotspots around for free.
