    How could I get a copy of my friends detailed cell phone bill. I would like to know who she is keeping in contact with.

    Just ask her for a copy... maybe she will let you have it.
    Honesty is always the best policy... that way you don't ever have to worry about sneaking, and covering up stuff.
    Anyway, I think it would be llegal if you attempted to get her bill any other way.
