    Snmaster index.file Where & what is this
    Using AOL. An error message tells me my snmaster index file is missing. Please restore.'
    I use Windows XP. How do I do this task?

    What you need to do is to uninstall AOL in add/remove programs
    -delete any folders related to AOL, usually in c:\program files


    Reinstall Aol and choose the option as Already member
    -once re-installed, all will be put back where should be and will be fine
