Savedump.exe - Entry point not found
    Help

For some reason, whenever I boot up I get the same pop up

    Savedump.exe -entry point not found

    With the error message

The procedure entry point SymSetSymWithAdd64 could not be located in the dynamic link library DBGHELP.dll

I'm not sure if its related but after this error started, I have been noticing some problems with my explorer, sometimes the taskbar loads and some times it doesn't.

I've searched around the web for a solution but there is no complete or definite answer.
I've found a downloadable DBGHELP.dll file but I have no idea where to put it.
    What does the file do?

I'm currently running windows xp sp2

    It resides in C:\windows\system32
