    First boot problem
    Every day at first boot(cold boot) the computer need to boot twice before to reach
    The desktop,, after that it's OK,, even if I reboot many time during the day,, it`s OK,, no need to reboot twice.
    It`s a brand new disk drive,, and also I changed the CMOS battery,, thinkink that the CMOS was in cause,,
    Even these changes,still have the same problem.

    When you changed the battery did you go back in and edit your cmos for your current system and "save" it? Its possible you changed the boot config and its being confused on a cold boot.

    Yes I reconfigured the CMOS and save.the computer still need to boot twice every day at cold boot.

    Are you for some reason getting a checksum error when you cold boot? Is your setting "verbose" during boot?
