this problem keeps happening to me. My computer isn't that new or high end but I don't run extreme programs its more for going on to the internet and checking my emails. So I got highjack this and this is the report

the other way I've fixed this problem before was boot computer in safe mode run avg scan and restart but this was only a temp solution please help me its really becoming unbearable

Disable the file stacsv.exe via taskmanager/resource monitor.
File operates audio drivers and on my new hdx series hp laptop it has cured
The problem totally, now runs 5-8 % cpu!
