Look for (and delete) any references to the file in the following Windows file system locations:
    • C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
    • C:\Documents and Settings\[User]\Start Menu\Programs\Startup, for each user

Look for (and delete) any references to the file in the following Windows registry locations:
    • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Run
    • HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Run
    • HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Cur rentVersion\Run

Warning: See Windows registry information for advanced users if unfamiliar with the registry. Damaging the registry may render the computer inoperable. Proceed with caution.

Post back if those locations don't resolve the issue.
